A. Normally one should consume 10-12 glasses of water. Since you
are extra exposed to shooting lights, it is advisable to take at least
16-18 glasses. This will give a glow to your skin as water works as a
natural moisturizer. What we eat & drink is
what we are, It is also advisable to use multivitamin & mineral enriched water
available in major shops.

acknowledge that most of the body functions are
