- d. Special restaurant eating advice is given so that curtain clients can eat daily in the restaurant.
- e. Chef on phone help with recipe making and making the diet delicious to follow.
- f. The entire product have nutrition analysis and follow PFA and FDA guidelines both Indian and overseas.
- g. Our doctors and counsellors gives psychological and motivational for behavioural modification and motivation.

By the end of the weightloss treatment programme we try to educate the patients how they become their own weightloss consultant and by doing atleast 2 day diet in every month for rest of the life and bathroom scale in the bathroom, not under the cupboard, thus preventing regain. We practice holistic weightloss with dept of allopathy, dept of ayurveda, dept of Homeopathy, dept of meditation and higher consciousness because “Swasthya” means getting establishes in "Swa" i.e. SELF. We believe body is a hardware majorly controlled by mind which is software which will function perfectly if it has access to one own self which is nothing but natural law which governs whole cosmos.
We have following weightloss programs:
- Brand Name i.e. Dr. Nigam with Logo for use in Promotions by Franchisee.
- Training, Content Management & Expertise knowledge to convert clients to join weight management packages.
- Treatments packages kits to the patients joined by Franchisee or directly to Franchisee on receiving of the payment for the treatment packages kit.
Franchisee will provide and be responsible for:
- Sales Promotion in various media for e.g. Internet/Leaflets/News Papers/Radio etc. at its own cost. Franchisee should not promise anything more than terms & conditions for the patients provided by Franchiser.
- Collect applicable taxes at the prevailing rate on the services and products provided to the patients.
- Follow up with joined patients to make sure they are getting good services from Mumbai Clinic & to resolve any Patient grievances at the earliest.
- Logo, Design of Dr. Nigam in Advertisement, on Stationery, Receipt etc has to be 1st sent to Franchiser and on e-mail which will be provided to you in MOU. Only after written email confirmation above can be used.
- Franchisee will pay to Franchiser non-refundable Rs. 2,50,00.00 (Rs. Two Lacs + taxes).
a. This is a Non-territory exclusive contract i.e. Means no exclusively of any geographical location is given to Franchisee by Franchiser.
b. This Franchisee Agreement is valid for 3 years. And can renewed & an additional franchisee fees & after satisfactory Performance by Franchisee. Franchiser may renew the contract.
c. Franchise Support Manager will be provided to franchisee for coordination with the franchiser and helping in the growth of franchisee. |
