Refund
can be claimed from Dr. Nigams Good Health Pvt Ltd,
in case if you
have not lost the target weight
which you had enrolled for
under the following terms & conditions.
1.
The amount of refund will be commensurate to the weight not lost, provided the
urine test is found positive for ketone.
2. The
urine test has to be carried out at Dr. Nigam's
recommended pathology labs.
3. The cost of the products
utilized during the course of
treatment by the patient will be deducted
from the amount paid for the
treatment.
4. Regular follow up with
our consulting Doctor/Dietician
should be done every third day by
you during the course of treatment.
5. In
case if you are preparing to get
pregnant while the weight-loss program
is under process, or if due to any personal or medical reason you
have discontinued the program, no refund claim will
be entertained.
6.
Please make sure that you send all
your medical details to
enquiry@drnigams.com before joining.
7. There will
be no refund if you discontinue the diet & if u
are not liking due to any emergency
traveling.
8. Since this
weightloss program is through phone
your medical and diet records will
be maintained by Dr. NIGAM'S CLINIC
9. Any dispute is subject to
Mumbai jurisdiction only.
All treatments are provided from Dr. Nigam's Clinic at 86 MHADA Andheri (w)

Payments through credit card/bank transfer/cheque/cash
are received at the address mentioned
above.
